This Week's Spotlight:
VP, Community Building
Do you love bringing people together?
We're seeking someone to help coordinate parent socials and spark the connections that make BHS special. You'll help plan fun, inclusive events and play a key role in fostering camaraderie among our parent community—making sure every family, across every grade level, feels at home at BHS.
If this sounds like you, please email amymishra@bhsparentsgroup.org to learn more.
Previous Spotlights:
Executive Vice President
Every President needs a strong right hand—could that be you? We're seeking an Executive Vice President to join our Parent Group's leadership team. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone eager to get more connected at BHS. You'll work alongside our amazing Parent Group volunteers to keep programs on track, and in doing so, gain a unique window into the full fabric of our school, bridging students, parents, teachers, and administration in a meaningful way.
VP, Excellence Fund
Are you passionate about keeping our class sizes small and our arts programs thriving? We’re looking for a few more helpers to join the Excellence Fund team—the engine that powers our cherished electives and classroom support. If you enjoy "behind-the-scenes" organizing, sharing our impact stories, and ensuring BHS is equipped to excel, this is a meaningful way to get involved.
VP, Volunteers
Do you love helping with social events? Are you good at rallying people and making things run smoothly? We're looking for someone (or a job share!) to help recruit awesome parents and ensure our events (dances, teacher appreciation, etc.) have the support they need — all while spreading appreciation and good vibes.
VP, Marketing & Communications
Are you the friend who always knows what’s going on? The one who reads the fine print, sends the reminders, or loves a well-crafted email? If you enjoy organizing information, collaborating with others, and putting your marketing/communications skills to good use, you might be a perfect match. This is a collaborative role where you’ll partner with a team, all with the shared goal of keeping our families informed. Interested or curious?
